We don’t give any aid to Taiwan. Look it up if you don’t believe me.
Our aid to Israel is about $2.5 billion, and almost ALL of that is in the form of purchase credits for military hardware. That wouldn’t come anywhere close to balancing the budget.
Edit: Nope. We sell Taiwan missiles, but they pay for them. They’re not freebies. In fact, Taiwan is a provider of foreign aid, not a recipient. In 2009, Taiwan sent $430 million abroad in direct or multilateral aid.

If America does what you ask yes it can balance the budget through use of Green Peace in Taiwan and Israel. Michael Moore in his book Stupid White Men suggested similar peaceful methods in Israel by non violent disobedieance on part of Palestinians. I think Green Peace demonstrations will work and raise good will. Will not cost as much.

If Obama were half as smart as Bush or Palin he could probably arange a modest affordable health care for all. But he’s got NO concept of business motivation or profit. He’s not just a Socialist, he’s a dumb Socialist. He is FAR more interested in DISTRIBUTING the cost of health care than lowering it. And EVEN if he WANTED to lower health care costs he hasn’t a clue HOW to do so.
Of course he is PROBABLY going after the Israeli aid, by complaining that they are building housing in their capital city. Jeez, the man doesn’t even know how to pick a fight.
